The safety, care and well-being of every child is paramount and central to every decision that we make. Mrs Hanson is the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) at the school. The DSL is the first point of contact for any person (Staff Member, Parent, Family Member or Guardian) who has a concern of a Safeguarding nature for any child or young person.
We are working together to safeguard children by:
• protecting children from maltreatment
• preventing impairment of children’s health or development
• ensuring that children grow up in circumstances consistent with the provision of safe and effective care
• taking action to enable all children to have the best outcomes.

We are an Operation Encompass School and Pre-School, working to break the cycle of Domestic Abuse and support children and families who are experiencing, or have experienced this.
